Kirkland Advises SK Capital Partners on Agreement to Acquire Ipackchem

Kirkland & Ellis is advising SK Capital Partners on the agreement to acquire the Ipackchem group (“Ipackchem”), a global leader in sustainability-oriented barrier packaging, from the French private investment firm Sagard.
