Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners and Renaissance in Acquisition of Nearpod
Kirkland & Ellis advised Renaissance Learning, a leader in student-centered, pre-K–12 personalized practice and assessment, in its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Nearpod, a leader in teacher-facilitated instructional delivery. The acquisition will create an instructional operating system that combines live instruction and in-the-moment insights with personalized practice and assessment.
