Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners-Backed Renaissance in Acquisition of Lalilo

Kirkland & Ellis advised Renaissance in its acquisition of research-based foundational literacy program Lalilo. Renaissance, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners, is a global leader in assessment, reading and math solutions for pre-K–12 schools and districts. The transaction will expand the reach of Lalilo worldwide.
