Kirkland Advises TA Associates on Strategic Investment in Radiant Logic

Kirkland & Ellis advised TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, on its strategic investment in Radiant Logic, a market-leading provider of federated identity systems based on virtualization. The investment will allow Radiant Logic’s identity integration and unification platform RadiantOne to expand its reach to additional enterprises and government agencies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
