Kirkland Represents Alpine Investors and Cleo in Sale to H.I.G. Capital
Kirkland & Ellis advised Alpine Investors, a private equity firm focused on software and services businesses, on Cleo Communications’ significant growth investment from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, a global private equity and alternative assets investment firm. As part of the partnership, Alpine is exiting its investment in Cleo, a global provider of ecosystem integration solutions.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Sean Kramer and Garrett Lorentz, executive compensation partner Rohit Nafday, and tax partner Devin Heckman.
