Kirkland Represents VisasQ on Acquisition of Coleman Research Group
Kirkland & Ellis is advising VisasQ Inc. (TYO: 4490), a leading knowledge platform in Japan, on its acquisition of Coleman Research Group, Inc., a US-based expert network service firm. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021. Financing for the transaction involves a public preferred share issuance by VisasQ Inc., as well as lending from certain Japanese banks.
