Kirkland Advises Ad-hoc Group of Noteholders on Financial Restructuring of Safari Holding

Kirkland & Ellis advised an ad-hoc group of noteholders on the successful financial restructuring of Safari Holding Verwaltungs GmbH (the “Company”).

 

The recapitalization of the Company followed the approval of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 between the Company and the holders of its €350m senior secured notes due 30 November 2022.
