Kirkland Advises Arroyo Investors on Sale of ARCO to Sonnedix
Kirkland & Ellis advised Arroyo Investors in the sale of ARCO, one of the largest independent renewable power producers in Chile, to Sonnedix, a global renewable energy independent power producer.
