Kirkland Advises Savage on Sale of EnviroServe to One Rock Capital Partners
Kirkland & Ellis advised Savage, a global provider of supply chain infrastructure and services, on the sale of EnviroServe Inc., a leading national provider of environmental and waste management services to an affiliate of New York-based private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. EnviroServe provides environmental remediation, waste management and emergency response services from over 35 locations across the U.S.
