Kirkland Counsels Atlas on Sale to GI Partners for $1.05 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis advised Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATCX), a leading provider of infrastructure and environmental solutions, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by funds managed by private investment firm GI Partners in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.05 billion, including outstanding debt.
