Kirkland Advises Bain Capital on Acquisition of Controlling Stake in Eleda
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Bain Capital Private Equity on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Eleda from Altor. Headquartered in Stockholm, Eleda is a leading Nordic infrastructure development and services provider with over SEK 15 billion of revenues.
