Kirkland Advises Trinity Hunt Partners on Closing of Oversubscribed Fund VII with $700 Million in Capital Commitments

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented middle-market private equity firm, on the closing of Trinity Hunt Partners VII at its hard cap of $700 million in capital commitments. Fund VII was oversubscribed, with fundraising completed in less than five months. It generated significant demand from both existing and new investors. Fund VII’s diverse investor base includes leading insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, foundations, consultants, funds of funds and family offices.
