Kirkland Advises Origami Capital Partners on Recapitalization of Kestrel’s UK Tech Portfolio
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Origami Capital Partners on a strategic partnership with Kestrel Partners, a London-based investment manager, to recapitalize and invest in UK small-cap technology businesses in need of structured growth funding. The partnership will deliver stable, long-term capital to permit Kestrel’s technology portfolio to grow and expand.
