Kirkland Represents Shore Capital Partners on Closing of Industrials Fund II
Kirkland & Ellis advised Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, on the successful close of its second industrials fund, Shore Capital Industrial Partners Fund II, L.P. The fund closed with over $400 million in capital commitments, reflecting strong demand from existing and new limited partners for Shore’s differentiated, sector-focused strategy.
