Kirkland Advises Five Arrows-Backed Everway on its Acquisition of TeachTown
Kirkland & Ellis represented Everway, a portfolio company of Five Arrows, on the successful completion of its acquisition of TeachTown, a provider of ABA-aligned software and solutions for students with disabilities, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Everway is focused on adding value to existing tools and delivering better, more useful special education and neuroinclusive solutions.
