Kirkland Represents Argano on Acquisition of Gaea Global Technologies
Kirkland & Ellis advised Argano, the world’s first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy, on its acquisition of Gaea Global Technologies, an Oracle Partner. Gaea’s mission-critical expertise in project portfolio management, project controls solutions for large-scale mission-critical projects & infrastructure, and supply chain execution will build on Argano’s Oracle practice to create a comprehensive, industry-leading offering for clients. Gaea represents Argano’s thirteenth transaction since launching its transformational growth program announced in April 2025, and the twenty-ninth since the company’s founding in 2020.
