Kirkland Advises Ridgewood Infrastructure on Acquisition of Dauntless Air, Premier Provider of Emergency Management Infrastructure

Kirkland & Ellis advised Ridgewood Infrastructure LLC, a leading infrastructure investor in the U.S. lower middle market, on its acquisition of Dauntless Air, a market-leading aerial firefighting company that provides emergency management infrastructure for wildfire response. Dauntless owns and operates the nation's largest and most technologically advanced fleet of Fire Boss aircraft. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
