Kirkland Advises TA Associates on Becoming New Anchor Shareholder of Alloheim

Kirkland & Ellis has advised TA Associates on becoming the new anchor shareholder of Alloheim Group (Alloheim). Alloheim is Germany’s largest private provider of stationary and outpatient care services. Nordic Capital, which has supported Alloheim's development since 2018, will exit its full holding at the closing of the transaction.
