BTI Litigation Outlook 2017

Kirkland was recognized as a leader in multiple areas of litigation in BTI Consulting’s 2017 Litigation Outlook report, which compiles feedback from more than 300 in-house counsel on more than 200 law firms.

For the sixth time, Kirkland was selected as one of the “Fearsome Foursome” — the four firms most likely to strike fear in opposing counsel because of their tenacity, ability to assemble winning legal teams and skill at anticipating opponents’ strategy. Corporate counsel also identified Kirkland as a “powerhouse” firm for both complex commercial litigation and securities and finance litigation, and as a “standout” firm for complex employment litigation, intellectual property litigation and product liability litigation.
