Kirkland Counsels Lovell Minnick on Investment in Currency Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Lovell Minnick Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm specializing in financial services and related business services, on its growth capital investment in Currency Capital, LLC and certain related entities. Currency Capital, headquartered in Los Angeles, is a leading online equipment financing exchange, serving owners of small and medium-sized companies.  The full release is available here.
