Overview

Kenneth Monroe is a litigation partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts and arbitrations, with a focus on complex commercial and corporate governance litigation.

Kenneth has particular experience litigating and resolving high-stakes disputes among business partners and investors, especially claims involving alleged fraud or other business torts. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, executives and directors in a wide variety of industries, including life sciences, healthcare and technology.

Kenneth has been repeatedly recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation.
