Overview

Kenneth Monroe is a litigation partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial and corporate governance litigation. Kenneth represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts — including as lead counsel and oral advocate — as well as arbitrations and administrative proceedings. He has particular experience litigating and resolving high-stakes disputes among business partners and investors. In addition to complex civil litigation, he counsels clients on pre-litigation strategy, mediation, regulations, and internal and government investigations. His clients include executives, directors, and companies in a wide variety of industries, including investment management, life sciences, health care and technology.
