Alexander Rabinowitz is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alexander represents a variety of clients including publicly traded and private companies, financial institutions and individuals at both the trial and appellate stages of litigation as well as counseling companies completing transactions. Alexander also maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on First Amendment issues and anti-discrimination in the education context.
