Kirkland Represents Nordic Capital in its Acquisition of Orchid Orthopedic Solutions
Kirkland & Ellis represented Nordic Capital Fund IX in connection with its acquisition of Orchid Orthopedic Solutions from Altor Equity Partners in a transaction announced on January 21, 2019. Orchid, headquartered in Holt, Michigan, is a world leader in designing and manufacturing orthopedic implants with 12 manufacturing sites in the U.S., U.K., Switzerland and China. The proposed transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2019.
