Kirkland Represents Francisco Partners and Capsilon in Sale to Ellie Mae

Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity firm Francisco Partners and its portfolio company Capsilon, the leading provider of AI-powered mortgage automation software for mortgage lenders, investors and servicers, in Capsilon's acquisition by Ellie Mae, the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. Financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
