Kirkland is representing CC Capital and Motive Partners on their acquisition of Wilshire Associates, a leading global advisory company specializing in investment products, consulting services, and technology solutions, well known for The Wilshire 5000 Total Market Index. The capital, expertise and network provided by CC Capital and Motive Partners will support Wilshire’s focus on innovation and enhancing capabilities within its current offerings while maintaining a client-centric operating model. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of 2020.
