Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners and HealthcareSource in Pending Sale to Clearlake-Backed symplr
Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, on its sale of HealthcareSource HR Inc. to symplr, a global leader in enterprise healthcare operations including governance, risk management and compliance SaaS solutions, backed by Clearlake Capital Group LP and SkyKnight Capital. HealthcareSource is the leading software provider of talent management solutions and services specifically for the healthcare industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
