Kirkland Represents Butterfly on Investment in MaryRuth Organics

Kirkland & Ellis advised Butterfly, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm specializing in the food sector, on its investment in MaryRuth Organics, a leading digitally-native health and wellness brand operating in the premium vitamins, minerals, and supplements industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
