Kirkland Advises Braemont Capital and JettyCove Holdings on Investment in RedTeam Software
Kirkland & Ellis advised Texas investment firms Braemont Capital and JettyCove Holdings on their investments in RedTeam Software, a construction management software provider, and in connection with RedTeam’s acquisition of PASKR, a cloud-based construction management solution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
