Kirkland Advises Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on Sale of Hand & Stone

Kirkland & Ellis advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, on the sale of its portfolio company Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa (Hand & Stone) to funds managed by Harvest Partners, LP. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Hand & Stone is a leading franchisor and operator of spas offering affordable, convenient, and professional massage, skincare and health and wellness services.
