Kirkland Assists United Utility Services on Purchase of BHI Power Delivery

Kirkland & Ellis counseled United Utility Services, a Bernhard Capital Partners portfolio company, on its definitive agreement to acquire BHI Power Delivery, a leading specialty utility transmission and distribution services provider, from Westinghouse Electric Co.
