Kirkland Advises Apex Clean Energy on $1.05 Billion Refinancing

Kirkland & Ellis advised Apex Clean Energy, a leading independent power producer, on the close of a $1.05 billion corporate refinancing, which will provide additional capital and flexibility to support its 60+ gigawatt development portfolio across the United States. The facility includes a $500 million term loan, a $150 million revolving credit facility and a $400 million letter of credit facility.
