Kirkland Represents Turn/River-Backed PairSoft in Majority Growth Investment from TA Associates

Kirkland & Ellis advised Turn/River and its portfolio company, PairSoft, a leading provider of procure-to-pay automation and payment solutions, on a majority investment in PairSoft from TA Associates, a leading global private equity firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
