Kirkland Advises TowerBrook on Investment in Anthropic

Kirkland & Ellis advised TowerBrook Capital Partners on its investment in Anthropic, a market leader in enterprise AI and coding. TowerBrook was a significant investor in Anthropic’s $30 billion Series G funding round, which valued Anthropic at $380 billion post-money.
