Kirkland Advises TDR Capital on Acquisition of OCU Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised TDR Capital on its acquisition of OCU Group, a leading energy transformation and critical infrastructure services platform, from Triton Partners.

Terms of the transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, are not disclosed.
