Kirkland & Ellis advised Apex Group, a Genstar Capital portfolio company, in its planned acquisition of the FundRock Group. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, Apex Group will reach nearly $1 trillion in combined assets across administration, custody, depositary and under management, further solidifying its position as one of the world’s largest financial services providers.
