Kirkland Advises KKR on Acquisition of Controlling Interest in SunFire

Kirkland is advising investment firm KKR on its acquisition of a controlling interest in SunFireMatrix, Inc. from alternative investment firm Stone Point Capital LLC and the management team, which will continue to maintain a minority ownership position. SunFireMatrix is a cloud-based technology platform providing Medicare Advantage, prescription drug and Medicare supplement plan quoting and enrollment solutions.
