Kirkland Advises Donuts, Inc. on Sale to Ethos Capital
Kirkland & Ellis advised Donuts, Inc., an Abry Partners portfolio company, in the successful close of its sale to Ethos Capital, LLC. Donuts holds the world’s largest portfolio of top-level domains (“TLDs”) and offers individuals and organizations new ways to promote and enhance their true digital identities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
