Kirkland Advises BC Partners on Investment in Valtech

Kirkland & Ellis is advising BC Partners on the acquisition of a significant stake in Valtech SE (“Valtech”), the global digital services and business transformation agency. The transaction values Valtech at an enterprise value of $1.4 billion and will accelerate Valtech’s global growth ambitions.
