Kirkland Advises Knox Lane on Partnership with Sage Integration

Kirkland & Ellis represented Knox Lane, a growth-oriented investment firm, on its acquisition of majority stake in SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC, a national security systems integrator serving mission-critical, blue-chip enterprise customers. SAGE Integration provides design, retrofit, installation and maintenance of facility security solutions, with a strong presence in regulated end markets. The partnership with Knox Lane will support SAGE’s next phase of growth by investing in talent, accelerating business development and commercial initiatives, strategically deploying technology across the business, driving operational efficiencies, and pursuing complementary strategic acquisitions.
